It's tough to keep Pace with Judy

"Nyet! Nyet! No blankety way!" This might be a fair, if brief, summary of a lengthy and detailed report I read recently. The blanketys were not in print, but I am told a surprising number of nasty words have been used at meetings of a very august and important body known as the District of Timiskaming Social Services Administration Board.

Derailed train spills acid into Ontario river
